The quote is from Rikki Fulton's character, KGB Major Pribluda; Rikki Fulton is better known to Ted as the Rev I M Jolly from his British TV comedy show.
The Rev I M Jolly was anything but jolly, he was the epitome of the half empty glass character - nothing was "jolly" but everything was funny.
And where am I going with this - nowhere 'cos I'm just a dog and I've been outside chasing squirrels and now I'm too tired to blog anything sensible. Even Ted has nothing to complain about from his 8 hours of toil and tribulation at the Evil Empire today. He even came home at lunchtime to give me a long walk; of course I didn't know then that it was because no-one was coming home at 5 o'clock 'cos they all went to Little Ted's T-ball practice. Oh well, I guess they don't want me there 'cos I'd just steal the ball and run away with it!
