From left to right they are Blue the cross collie, Mhairi the Welsh Springer, and Penny the Golden Retriever. All three of them lived with Ted in an age before wife and kids, simpler times full of dog walking and beer drinking, and doing what you wanted when you wanted in a land and time far, far away.
Ted says his wife and two children are sometimes more work than the three dogs but he has no regrets about leaving the kennel for the family home. His faithful companions lived long and happy lives, two of them were rescues, they gave Ted, his friends, and customers at his then place of employment much joy. (Imagine the Evil Empire allowing you to have three dogs at work with you - ho, ho, ho and pigs will fly)
Little Ted aspires to the three dog family but frankly Ted thinks one is enough these days; I only hope he means me and not Miss Molly!
