Ted says the EE believes you to be only as good as your last sale and consequently he is feeling very small today. Friday was frantic and busy, full of sales potential; Monday on the other hand was pretty dire. The Overlords will be mad when they review the day.
Well, sod it, Ted doesn't care. He had a day of customer service, next to no sales, but lots of happy cheerful customers that he persuaded were the only thing the EE cared about today.
