And so, being a character of extremes, I went from the dark, hot and uncomfortable (albeit interesting) Ritz to the luxurious air conditioned splendor that is Atlantic Lofts. These apartments are in the $250K to $500K range.
This one is 1800 square feet and the big window is hurricane rated to withstand 200mph winds and associated flying debris.
